Research is the application
of the scientific method to solve management / business problems. This course explores the purpose of a
research, and the way it needs to be undertaken in a systematic, scientific,
and ethical manner. In so doing, the
course will provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge for
understanding, identifying as well as undertaking a research project. Enable student to recognise the role of
systematic information gathering and analysis in carrying out research, and
develop an appreciation for the potential contributions and limitations of
research data using various methods.
