The module will facilitate the student to refresh the
knowledge of the basic structure and function of nervous system and understand assessment methods in neurological
conditions, dysfunctions and diseases of the central and peripheral nervous
system, neuro-muscular junction diseases and muscle diseases.
This module focuses to facilitate the understanding of basic applied neuroanatomy and will be able to comprehend the pathophysiological events predisposing to the development of various neurological ailments and its clinical manifestations. Further more students will be able to correctly co-relate the clinical signs and symptoms. It focuses on reviewing the nervous system functions explaining the dysfunction and diseases of the nervous system
