Change has become both pervasive and persistent.  Over the years new products, processes and services have appeared at an increasing rate.  Local markets have become global.  Public bureaucracies and monopolies have either been transferred to the private sector or have themselves adopted much more market-orientated practices.  This course enable student to learn and understand about the magnitude, speed, and unpredictability of change that has taken place in society and organizations.  To provide sufficient familiarity with the issues and problems of managing change.  To equip candidates with the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies for understanding, identifying as well as undertaking a project pertaining to change at many levels.
