Change has become
both pervasive and persistent. Over the
years new products, processes and services have appeared at an increasing
rate. Local markets have become global. Public bureaucracies and monopolies have either
been transferred to the private sector or have themselves adopted much more
market-orientated practices. This course
enable student to learn and understand about the magnitude, speed, and
unpredictability of change that has taken place in society and
organizations. To provide sufficient
familiarity with the issues and problems of managing change. To equip candidates with the necessary
knowledge, skills and competencies for understanding, identifying as well as
undertaking a project pertaining to change at many levels.
