Pharmacist must know and obey the legislation that govern the practice of pharmacy in Malaysia. Failure to comply to these
legislation will render the pharmacist a punishment by the Malaysia
Jurisdiction. Therefore, this course will emphasis on teaching the students to
be able to describe and discriminate the respective laws, regulations, code of
conducts and good governance that govern the pharmacy practice in Malaysia. The
course contains lectures, tutorials and case discussions
