This course is designed to provide the
pharmacy students with those topics relevant to the management and
administration of a pharmacy in the community and institutional settings.
This course aims to equip the students with the relevant managing knowledge and skills.
Course Learning Outcomes:
On completion of this course, students will be able to:
a. Identify the management functions and concepts as it applies in all pharmacy settings.
b. Develop the business plan for a pharmacy project, (to attract investor).
c. Implement entrepreneurial business plan (and market to end user).
d. Demonstrate the essential skills in pharmacy management and administration.
