Knowledge in clinical pharmacy and therapeutics is an important foundation to enable the students to conduct ward pharmacy and patient monitoring activities. Ward pharmacy is one of the main clinical pharmacy services in the setting of hospital pharmacy practice. With this course, students will be able to manage patients, offer pharmacotherapeutic options and monitor patients effectively.
