This program is offered to students in order to nurture their existing leadership and entrepreneurship potentials. It is prepared for addressing the area of concern by the Malaysian Qualification The agency which denotes the necessity for UoC to equip students in both aspects. This is to be accomplished by introducing students to the concept and practical aspects of social entrepreneurship by emphasizing the building of leadership characteristics. Achievement in the training will result in resilient, creative, innovative, adaptive with leadership characteristics individuals who are able to work as a team to contribute to society while leading their professional life.
This course provides the fundamentals to altruism, leadership, and entrepreneurship
which are crucial as students embark to be a leader and an agent of change in
their professional life. They will be exposed to various elements and skills
throughout the program namely leadership skills, entrepreneurship skills and
more importantly to return their skills and abilities in contributing to the society. Participating in the actions caring for others result in
capable, competent, and caring citizens, in synchronization to the philosophy of
the university of creating holistic healthcare professionals who are
intellectually, spiritually and emotionally balanced.
