The main topics addressed (for both the diploma and degree students) include understanding morality; theories and systems of values; religions, beliefs and their moral values; the moral being; and resolving moral conflict. In addition, the degree students will study contemporary issues relating to the environment, life, discrimination, sexuality and family, business ethics, and information technology (IT).

The the overall aim of the Moral Studies syllabus is to develop moral, responsible and honorable human beings through an appreciation of the process in which values can be integrated into our daily lives.
