The importance on
English as a world language, the advance of technology and education reform
envisaged by the paramount needs in higher education are key determinants for
the inclusion of the English language course in the programme structure of
Foundation and Diploma Programmes. In addition, students who master the
language will be able to understand and acquire knowledge in the language
proficiently and allow them to use the language in the right context.
